Day 2
Took my tablet at 7.30 am
As for sleep I had no issue. I slept like a baby.
Habbits are hard to break.
I missed breakfast only had a coffee
For lunch I had a sandwhich with friends.
I was full eating half the sandwich
But I ate the entire sandwich.
Side effects are dryness of the mouth
I am drinking more water as a result which is a good thing as I didn't prior to this

About me and Douromine.
My Weight as of Monday the 29th is 87kgs.
I would like to be 67 kgs.
I have tried various diet tablets including Xenical with no luck.
I am doing this for myself.
A health start for 2011.
My understanding about the Duromine is that it suppress appetite.
The cost of the drug is expenses $120 for a box of 30.
Worked out to be $4 A TABLET
They come in 3 different strengths 40 30 15.
I will be on the 40mgs.
My concerns are the side effects which i hope i get none of .

Day 1
I took my first tablet today.
I have had a busy weekend and i went to bed 3.00 am Monday
I final dragged my self out of bed at 7.30 am
I feel dead to the world.
But I still took my tablet at 7.35 a little later then recommended.
Just made the train at 7.55 thank goodness.
Arrived at work at 8.50 am
8.55 I made a coffee to get over the tiredness.
11.00 tiredness is staring to disappear.
Eyes are a little heavy due to lack of sleep.
As for hunger i don't really have it.
Must be working
Stomach feels a little weird I believe its as i have an empty stomach.
1.18 The first Side effect dry mouth and a sore throat.
I am not hungry at all it is working I intend to eat a healthy lunch thou and fruit for dinner.
I don't want my metabolism to stop working.

cold chills
dry mouth
sore throat
need lots of water
going to bathroom frequently
Dinner ate dinner felt fuller then usual
