Today's weight - 80.1kgs
I don't feel hungry at all.
I ate as I felt like i wanted to be sick not beacuse i was hungry.
My dry mouth has subsided.
I couldn't sleep last night.
I took 2 herbal sleeping tablets and didn't fall to sleep until 2am i was up at 7.00 am
Took my Tablet at 7.10 am
Felt good when i woke up and most of the day.
I had an extemly long day i was at work at 8 am and home at 10pm
Energy levels are fine.
I hope I can sleep tonight
